Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide is an independent directory of chiropractor businesses in the Klang Valley region. Listings are built from publicly available business information, and each business receives a score computed from its Google reviews using a single, published rubric applied consistently to every practice in the guide. Being listed here is free, and payment has no influence on your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct information on your listing, dispute a score, or request removal. Correcting factual information

Your listing shows factual fields such as your practice name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. If any of these details are inaccurate, you can request a correction by providing the correct information along with verification, such as a link to your website or your Google Business Profile. Once verified and applied, corrections persist across future data refreshes, so you will not need to resubmit them.

Disputing a score

Scores in this directory are never edited by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is always with the input data, not the calculation. This means either your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary of what your reviewers wrote does not match what they actually said. A dispute is a request to re-check the sources and regenerate your listing from corrected data. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the underlying information is false.

Requesting removal of your listing

Listings are removed when a business has closed permanently, appears as a duplicate, or falls outside the scope of this directory. The directory runs a re-verification cycle each month that automatically detects and removes closed businesses. If your practice is open and accurately listed in the correct scope, a removal request will be declined. The reason for any decline is provided plainly.

Response times

Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are processed within 7 days. Requests that are declined include the reason.
