What this directory is

Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide is an independent directory and comparison resource covering 56 chiropractor businesses across Klang Valley. It exists for people trying to work out which clinic near them is actually worth calling, rather than scrolling through pages of search results and hoping for the best.

We also generate enquiries for local providers: when you ask to be matched, we pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request and may receive a referral fee for doing so. That side of things is disclosed on the quote page itself. It has no bearing on how a clinic is scored or where it lands in our rankings, which is a separate process built on data, not on who works with us.

Where the listing data comes from

Every clinic profile starts with public business information: things like location, hours, services listed, and contact details. On top of that, we synthesise patterns from recent Google reviews to build a picture of what patients are consistently saying, covering things like wait times, communication, and treatment outcomes. We do not copy or republish review text. If you want to read reviews in full, we link out to the clinic’s Google listing so you can see the original source yourself.

How rankings actually work

Rankings are earned, not assigned by opinion. Each clinic is scored against a published rubric that weighs review data and public business information the same way for every listing. You can read the full breakdown on our methodology page. No clinic can buy a better position, and no amount of advertising spend adjusts a score.

A business that finds an factual error, wrong address, outdated phone number, changed hours, can request a correction, and we will fix the underlying facts. What a business cannot do is edit its own score, its sentiment summary, or its position in the rankings. That separation is deliberate: it keeps the ranking meaningful for the person reading it.

About sponsorship

Some pages carry sponsored placements. These are always labelled “Sponsored,” displayed in a separate section from the earned ranking, and never mixed into the ranked list itself. Paying for visibility does not move a clinic up the rankings, because sponsorship and ranking are handled by entirely separate processes.

Who publishes this guide

This directory is published by Meridian Guides, founded in 2025. Meridian Guides puts out independent city directories for everyday services around Malaysia, starting with chiropractors here in Klang Valley. Every ranking follows the same published scoring method built on public customer reviews, sponsored slots are always marked as such, and no payment ever changes a score. Listing data is refreshed monthly, and the “last verified” date on each profile reflects that ongoing maintenance rather than a one-time write-up.

Editorial oversight for the rankings sits with Janice, our Editor, who maintains the scoring process and keeps it consistent across all 56 listings.
